On a single night in January 2017, 553,742 people were experiencing homelessness all over the United States. Homelessness in California accounted for 24 percent of the national count.  Although staggering, these numbers are just a glimpse of the total homeless population nationwide.

The purpose of the Sutter Yuba Homeless Consortium is to connect our homeless population with programs and services that can help them overcome obstacles that are preventing permanent housing solutions for individuals and families.

Our Board of Directors meets monthly to address ongoing issues surrounding homelessness.  Additionally, we work with local non-profit organizations that provide services to our homeless populations, as well as local government agencies. Current 990
